Sanded Australia has a 30 day limited return policy. If 30 days have passed since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange. For a return within 30 days, your item must be unopened, unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
All cut cloths, reinforcements and tapes per metre cannot be refunded so please choose carefully.
Only regular priced items may be refunded. Sale, specials and discounted items cannot be refunded.
Once your return is received and inspected by Sanded Australia, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 14 days. Your refund may take time to be processed, first check your bank account, and then contact your credit card company. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted, please check again with your bank. If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received it, please contact us firstname.lastname@example.org.
We only replace items if they are faulty upon you receiving the item. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at email@example.com and we will give you a shipping address and details to send your item to.

- Gift Vouchers
For returning items purchased with a gift voucher we require a receipt or proof of purchase and Gift Voucher to be sent back to us. Items need to be returned within the 30 days after the delivery date.
To return your product, you should email us first at firstname.lastname@example.org and we will give you a shipping address for returning your product.
The purchaser will be responsible for paying shipping costs for returning items. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
